Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the fulfillment and delivery of digital products and services provided by Alpha Incorporated / Economic Masonry 360 (“Company”). All references to “Client” or “Customer” refer to the individual or entity purchasing digital products or services, including but not limited to Aged Shelf Corporations, Articles of Incorporation, Good Standing Certificates, Registered Agent Services, Business Websites, Aged Domains, and Credit Enhancement Consultations.


2. Nature of Delivery

All products offered by the Company are digital in nature. No physical goods will be shipped. Delivery consists of digital files, electronic certificates, consultation access, or login credentials transmitted via email, secure client portal, or direct download.

Digital delivery is initiated only after full payment (or completion of any applicable payment plan).
Delivery timelines vary based on Client participation, document submission, and verification requirements.
Estimated fulfillment may range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on complexity, compliance checks, and corporate name availability.


3. Delivery Confirmation

Upon completion of delivery, the Client will receive:

  • A confirmation email from the Company stating that delivery has been completed.

  • Digital access to all files, documents, or credentials related to the service purchased.

Once the delivery email is sent, the order is considered fulfilled. Clients are required to inspect and confirm receipt of all deliverables within one (1) business day. Any issues must be reported in writing to the Company within this time frame. Failure to do so constitutes full acceptance of the delivered service.


4. Name Availability & Substitutions

Due to corporate filing volume, the first business name requested by the Client may not be available at the time of processing.
In such cases, the Client will be contacted via email or text message to select an alternate name before finalization.
No delivery delays or refunds shall result from name substitutions or availability issues.


5. Delivery Responsibility

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate email addresses and contact information.

  • Checking spam/junk folders for communications and digital file delivery.

  • Maintaining access to the delivery email and any associated client portals.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, unresponsive clients, or email filtering issues.


6. No Physical Shipping

The Company does not provide postal shipping, tracking numbers, or courier services.
All communications, documentation, and corporate deliverables are distributed electronically.


7. Non-Delivery Claims

In the rare event that a Client believes they have not received their digital product:

  1. The Client must contact support at support@economicmasonry.com within 48 hours of purchase completion.

  2. The Company will verify delivery via email transmission logs and client portal access records.

  3. If verified as undelivered due to Company error, the digital delivery will be resent promptly.


8. Final Sale & No Refund Policy

All digital products and services are final sale once delivery has commenced.
Due to the custom, non-tangible nature of corporate structuring services, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available.
By purchasing any service, the Client acknowledges and accepts this No Refund Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides administrative and consultative services only and is not responsible for third-party results such as funding outcomes, credit approvals, or banking relationships.
All results depend on Client cooperation, accuracy of information, and independent third-party decisions.


10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the Client’s Service Agreement.
